Hawzah News Agency- Speaking on the sidelines of a scholarly forum on “Monotheism in the Sahifa Sajjadiyya” at the Qom Institute of Islamic Schools, Wafi said the foundation aims to expand access to the teachings of the Sahifa Sajjadiyya across seminaries, universities, and research centers.
He emphasized that the supplications of Imam Ali ibn al-Husayn (AS) “provide a basis for empathy, understanding, and unity among Muslims—an awakening that the enemies of Islam cannot perceive.”
Hojatoleslam Wafi noted that the event brought together Shia and Sunni scholars and students who jointly studied themes of monotheism in the Sahifa Sajjadiyya, demonstrating the text’s capacity to foster dialogue and cooperation between Islamic schools of thought.
He added that the Sahifa Sajjadiyya contains a comprehensive system of theological and ethical teachings that can serve both as a devotional guide and an educational text.
“What was most heartening,” Wafi said, “was the spirit of harmony and affection between Sunni and Shia participants. The table of Imam Sajjad (AS) continues to bring together the hearts of believers, and the Sahifa Sajjadiyya stands as a living document of Islamic unity.”
